The production process of mechanical parts

 In the machinery manufacturing industry, the production processing of mechanical parts actually refers to the processing of CNC lathes. First of all, the engineering drawing of processing is programmed into the program process, and then the computer is connected to the CNC lathe of CNC production processing, and according to the programming instructions, the CNC lathe carries out the production of mechanical parts. Let’s talk about the production process of mechanical parts!

First, before machining the CNC parts, be sure to look at the production processing, clearly understand the location, appearance, and engineering drawing specifications of the metal parts to be processed, and understand the production processing of the next process. Before clamping the raw materials for production processing, the specifications of the materials should be accurately measured to see if they meet the requirements of the engineering drawings, and the placement should be carefully checked to see if it is consistent with the program orders. Self-checking should be performed immediately after the initial processing of the production process in order to make immediate adjustments to the deviating statistics. The key to the self-check is the part specification.

The whole process of machining mechanical parts for looseness; after preliminary processing and then before deep processing, check the appearance and specifications of the engineering drawing position: check the specification of the base width of the production and processing position of the vertical plane; accurately measure the specifications of the datum point shown in the engineering drawing of the side production and processing position. Self-inspection of mechanical parts, after confirming that the side is consistent with the engineering drawings and machining process, is handed over to the inspector for inspection. In the case of mass production parts, before mass production, first, determine whether the sample meets the standard.
